There is family history in this old hacienda, now serving as administration and classroom quarters for a seminary. The property was about to be sold and I wanted to preserve the look of this beautiful place.

I was attracted to this because it looks very similar to a hacienda in a seminary in San Juan Capistrano, CA. I go there to paint and I love the Spanish architecture. You did a fine job on this painting!
